We recently completed this Main Level project which started with an Iroquois Park Addition: Sunroom & Mudroom. The homeowners love their home in Iroquois Park neighborhood, but needed more room for their family of 6. The addition included renovating the Kitchen, enlarging the Breakfast Area, and adding the Sunroom, Mudroom, 3rd Car Garage, Screened In Porch and Deck with Outdoor Kitchen. Sunroom This space is for the Mom. She wanted a retreat complete with a built-in wine bar. She loves color – especially oranges so we have lots of great color in the space. For seating, we only had space for a love seat and two armless accent chairs. We purposely did not do a coffee table but defined the seating area with this transitional round rug. An unique drum table, a rattan 3-tiered table, vibrant artwork and interesting lamp finish off the space.
