Simitry is a staple in most of my designs, I also love to create focal points, general I will build some type of lighted display area on the back wall of the wine cellar. The display will often vary in size depending on the size of the room you have. It can be made from wood or as shown here from stone. Custom artwork is what I generally display in these lighted niches, in this case I took a rather old cast metal sheild and created a custom logo for the client. He was very pleased with the final result!
