Transforming a traditional 90's estate to a modern mediterranean; wide wood plank floors mixed with original travertine flooring. Original cabinet door fronts were removed & LED lighting was added to make the now display shelves pop with color. Cabinetry was refinished in dark walnut stain. Porcelain tile was installed for the fireplace surround. White river rocks & white sand were added to the traditional fireplace. Custom ottoman for sitting & entertaining with a removable inset tray.
