Riverside’s design team worked collaboratively with the homeowners to custom-design a solution that would fit their needs. Aesthetically, the basement staircase was updated with contemporary red oak posts and white balusters. A Wellborn Select Series Maple cabinet was designed underneath the stairs to maximize space. It was topped with a durable Calcutta Marble Wilsonart laminate countertop. Perfect for a movie night, a shelf was added above the countertop for a microwave.
