This garage makeover included our FLEX-Core finish full flake Epoxy/Polyaspartic floor coating system. The client took advantage of his high ceilings by having us install a professional basketball hoop between the windows. Clear polycarbonate sheet were installed over each window to protect the glass. To create more clearance on the ceiling for shooting hoops we replaced the traditional garage door motors with direct drive systems which are mounted on the wall adjacent to each overhead garage door. We then had the garage door track extended and raised up to the ceiling. Lighting was upgraded with a LumaLinks fluorescent system. The EncoreGarage cabinetry is our new garage line in a Driftwood finish accented in white trim panels between the tall and stacker units, as well as on top of the stacker units as crown. The design also included a series of six large drawers integrated into several of the units for kids storage. In two of the tall cabinets we used section dividers and slatwall to create storage specifically designed for kids hockey equipment. We also integrated the clients central vac unit into one of the tall unit along the right wall to enhance the overall aesthetics.
