It was constructed directly below the deck above and was built with a underdeck vinyl ceiling system. This system capture’s water and channels it to gutter’s that wrap the interior of this space and actually imitate the look of architectural crown molding. Large openings with provide fabulous views of the wooded area and pond behind the home. Innovative Phantom screens were custom made. These completely retract out of sight when not in use, but also provide enhanced privacy and protection from insects while maintaining views.
