Simplicity of Nature- A tiny powder room reflecting nature’s simplicity with a dramatic wall treatment featuring a scattered gold leaf treatment, a George Bernard Shaw quotation and my signature dragonfly motif. By keeping with the period of the house, I chose earthy shades of browns with touches of robin’s egg blue. The room with its mirror set into stone colored tiles, a vessel sink and black hardware comes alive with the colors of chocolate brown and robin’s egg blue accents. The dominant colors are the earthy tones both in the paint and the stone tiles.
