'g' Green Design Center
The remodeled kitchen features recycled glass tiling that immediately draws you into the space and the lightly colored, frameless bamboo cabinetry brightens the room. The main island was shaped and designed to draw you through the space and act as a preparation area for the green drinks and smoothies the homeowner makes on a daily basis and uses to show her clients how to maintain higher levels of nutrition. The flooring reflects the modern lighting and is made of cork which is ethically harvested. Every last detail is meticulously addressed including the curved knobs and recycled glass teal knobs. One of the drawers near the center island opens up and holds a composter underneath. There is also an urban cultivator that allows the owner to grow and cut fresh herbs and delight in the convenience of the location. The kitchen is perfected and the owner utilizes the kitchen with ease leading to an increase in overall functionality. The look delights every visitor, with a contemporary oasis the owner is completely in love with.

Britain Way Apartments, located at 333 Lane St. in Irving, has reborn with a fresh rejuvenated appeal. Built in 1962, the original development structure had been noticeably deteriorating in recent years. It had limited amenities, 17 repetitive, monotonous buildings with dull colors and obsolete mansard roofs in dilapidated condition. There was poor on-site drainage and lighting, no perimeter fencing, and several city code violations were recorded in prior years. The Developer’s mission was to convert this dated project into a high quality, eco-friendly, modern, and affordable housing community for the citizens of Irving.
After the remodel was completed, enhanced features include visually pleasing facades using heavy stone accents and sloping roofs, and lush landscaping distributed throughout the site. Additional improvements include expanded kitchen areas with upgraded interior amenities and energy efficient appliances; second bathrooms added to select two- and three-bedroom units; a brand-new spacious clubhouse and community center was provided; pool and picnic areas and an on-site resident activities coordinator to lead an abundance of community services provided to residents at no extra cost. Trees photosynthesize to produce carbohydrates like sugar which they store as a source of energy. They can maintain a limited amount, which is used to drive the growth of new leaves, branches, roots and stem. Fruitfulness requires the tree to divert its limited energy sources away from these vital functions to the production of flowers, blossoms and fruits.
Fruit development involves maturity followed by fertilization, growth, maturity and maturity. This process takes between 6-7 months in warmer climates, which requires a large number of tree energy sources as a result.
