Imagine yourself shopping around for a new house, perhaps your first home in Wellington. Maybe you’ve been there already or maybe you’re halfway through this process and you’re struggling to find anywhere even halfway decent for a reasonable price. This is the situation our client found herself in when she approached us to ask about subdividing and building on her parent’s land. After a brief discussion and some laughs about the housing market, we began the journey with our client to produce a concept for an infill dwelling on the property without having to subdivide. We are proud to say we created a functional, beautiful, simple space that provides our client with everything she needs. This house is the absolute definition of quality, over quantity.
