Transitional Landscape, Portland
This project features a completely renovated back yard. A new deck includes a partial cover; perfect for enjoying the landscape during our frequent rains. The tumbled concrete patio provides a separate and more intimate entertaining space. A rock bubbler is close by so that it can be enjoyed both outdoors and indoors. Two raised planters provide space for vegetables and cut flowers. The storage shed was relocated to the corner of the property; still easily accessible but much less conspicuous. Three large Cryptomeria Sekkan Sugi were planted to screen a neighboring house.
