I was living in CT and reached out to Lisa. Told her that I was buying a home in FL and needed design help. She took the address of the home brainstormed suggestions for the rooms with needs. When I arrived in FL we were already focused on the look, feel and size of the rooms. We visited Ethan Allen in Miami and she made recommendations. We selected what we liked and then she helped make sure the woods, fabrics and leathers were all working together nicely. She understood my interest and needs from the start and did an outstanding job! The custom chairs and couches took time to be made with COVID happening, etc. She was able to get loaner furniture for us! Knowing I had no furniture when I moved and was able to offer additional support beyond what any other retail chain would do for a client. I have purchased a TON of furniture over the years and Ethan Allen makes lovely items of the finest quality. Don't hesitate to call Lisa for design help (a genius) and support with top quality furnishings for your home.

Amazing customer service from Lisa. I ran into a glitch for an order placed at a different Ethan Allen location during the COVID pandemic, and Lisa jumped to my assistance. She is an amazing representative for her company's customer service values given her willingness to help solve an issue that she was not involved with!

I've been purchasing Ethan Allen Furniture for years. I just purchased the Quincy bed which I always loved and also purchased an end table and a chair which I wasn't expecting to buy. Lisa goes so above and behind her job. She pays attention to detail and always got back to me on a timely matter. I can't tell you what an access she is to your company.. If you do employee of the month/year she should receive that. I'm re- doing a small bedroom of mine which she totally arranged especially matching colors. She is an absolute doll. Lisa, is one of the most talented designers I've had the opportunity to work with. Her attention to every aspect of a project and the ability to show things that have not been considered is remarkable. She does not design for herself, rather create the vision one can't quite express but she figures it all out and creates beautiful spaces. That is what a designer should do...Most do not

I met Lisa when I walked into Ethan Allen to look for new living room furniture. Best decision I made. Lisa helped me find the perfect sofa and chairs for my room. She then came to my home to help me design the space. She took me out of my comfort zone and totally redesigned how I should place my new furniture. Lisa then helped me pick out the fabric and wood tones for the furniture along with a new carpet. When my furniture was delivered and placed how Lisa suggested I was speechless. I couldn’t be happier. My living room looks amazing. I am also having 2 older chairs I purchased from Ethan Allen recovered. When they are delivered Lisa will come over to help me rearrange my wall art. Lisa Sokol is an asset to Ethan Allen.
