2nd Life Home Remodeling

2nd Life remodeled our bathroom, and we loved the experience and end product. This is our second project with 2nd Life because they are always a pleasure to work with. The craftsmanship is great and we appreciate that they do most of the work with their team, only subcontracting plumbing and electrical. The project ran exactly on the timeline provided and the app they use for tracking makes it easy to communicate. We look forward to working with them again.

The project was seamless to us as 2nd Life did all the scheduling and their communication system works perfectly. Our kitchen was done on time and we could not be happier. We would highly recommend them.

Our kitchen remodel is beautiful. And it was done through the pandemic with minimal delays. I am especially impressed with the level of communication throughout the process - from bidding, to ordering materials, to construction, and final inspection. I would highly recommend 2nd Life!

We decided to remodel our bathroom to replace the bathtub with a walk-in shower and bench. We reached out to eight different companies because we also considered using the one-piece surround for the project (but not for long). For those considering the one-piece surround, you should know that the cost of going with tile is virtually the same, and the look is far more appealing with tile versus something that looks like plastic. The quotes we received were all over the board, and when we told the high price companies our budget, they suggested using NARI to find great sources. We did so, and got three more quotes. In the end, we chose 2nd Life for this important project for several reasons. For one thing, they installed a ceiling vent in the shower, something we did not know was required by city code, but the other companies excluded this from their bids. Also, they installed a light in the shower, and the others told us it would be complicated and costly to do so. Lastly, they were great to work with, from Jeremy in sales, Renee in the office, and of course, the installer, Tony. Tony was meticulous, professional, friendly and thorough in his work, and our tile looks amazing throughout the bath. We have friends who recently made similar changes, and they paid considerably more than we did, and they marvel at how nice our room looks now. Thank you to everyone at 2nd Life.
