3 Pillar Homes

We built our home in 2013/14 with 3 Pillar Homes. We had quite the "elaborate" design as we wanted something Victorian looking with an open floor plan. 3 Pillar worked with us hand-in-hand with every last detail. We did have a few issues arise that are typical of every construction (re-doing items that weren't correct with plans) but in the end we love every aspect of our new home. I also have the privilege of photographing new 3 Pillar homes so I get to see first hand the total construction and transformation of these homes. They are BEAUTIFUL!

I work together with 3 Pillar Homes as their Lighting supplier. The entire team at 3 Pillar is so easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions that may arise. From my end, 3 Pillar is very accommodating with any electrical ideas the customer brings to the design. I would highly recommend 3 Pillar Homes to anyone who wants to build their dream home!

From the moment we decided to build, we knew it would be with 3 Pillar. This is our second 3 Pillar home! The process started with floor plan design and the focus was entirely on our family and how we were going to live in the space. This approach really allowed us to maximize functionality in our home. The 3 Pillar team really took the time to get to know our family and looked at each room with us to make sure we were getting exactly what we needed. The step by step process makes it so easy to know what is expected of you as the customer and what is expected of the builder. The use of technology during the process made it very easy for us to follow along and be constantly in tune with where our house was and what the next steps were. We have a wonderful experience and love our new home!

My husband and I built a custom built home with 3Pillar Homes. Initially in the process, we enjoyed meeting with their Sales Representative Lee Solomonides. She was always professional and informative about the process. Once we decided to move forward with the build, we met with the owner Zenios to discuss the floorplan that we needed and the features that we wanted in the home. Zenios was also great to work with. He was willing to be available for us whenever we wanted to sit down and discuss our plans for the home. The building process went well. We really liked our production supervisor. He worked very hard to try to keep us on schedule and was available to us when we needed him. If at any time during the build if something didn't meet our expectations the supervisor remedied the situation. We feel our home is well built and the quality level of the finished product definitely met our expectations. We love our home! Also, I am a real estate agent and I have been through many homes. I know that every home doesn’t have that high quality "solid" built feel, but our home does. When a client is looking to build a custom home, I would advise them to meet with the team at 3Pillar Homes.

We are so happy with our 3 Pillar Home! From our initial tour of the model home to our design and build process, our closing and now a year later with our one year walk through we have always enjoyed working with the 3 Pillar staff and have felt respected and appreciated. Especially by our project manager, Chris-- who is professional, knowlegable, and talented at what he does!
