Paradise Homes

Upon meeting with Dennis Caudell of Paradise Homes we were told our new home would be completed in 110 days. In reality, the project began on May 15, 2019 and we were given our Certificate of Occupancy on February 4, 2020, 265 days, 155 days past what we had initially been told. We made no changes to the original plans. It appears Dennis works with a select group of subcontractors, if they are busy you wait. We did a lot of waiting! We were very disappointed in the communication or lack of same from Dennis. We finally insisted on a weekly update but those were very limited and basically worthless. The subcontractor bills were passed on from Dennis after he added his 20% overhead and profit. Those bills are in no way detailed and Dennis said that is all we could get. Overall it was a disappointing process and we would not personally recommend this company.

I love my new home, and enjoyed the project. Dennis was good to work with, and a great communicator. Work was professional, on time, and within budget. He responded to all questions, requests, and concerns promptly. Problems--of which there were very few--were addressed as "opportunities," rather than annoyances. I enthusiastically recommend Paradise Homes without reservation.
