Accent Contracting renovated two bathrooms and my kitchen for me. His crew did a professional job. They arrived on time each day, left the work site clean each night and I was very satisfied with the final product. I would recommend them for any home project.

accent contracting does all the repairs to my home. fair and honest ,great workers. they put in a bathroom for me upstairs. i had a leak in my ceiling which they repaired . electrical work big and small are no problem . i had an existing deck and wanted to tear it down and put a new one up . i called accent contracting. they are the one contracter i call when i need something done. i have and would reccomend them to anyone who needs a job done. i say again, great work, very fair and honest.

Contractor would not provide finalized estimate for signature then kept raising final cost of project as it progressed and adding charges at whim. Numerous design mistakes including installing shower bench with no clearance to open the shower door. Three leaks occurred during the renovation, one in which water leaked from upstairs bathroom plumbing through downstairs kitchen ceiling, No trash removal during Reno even though I was charged for this, it was left on my front lawn and I had to dispose of trash myself. Tiler installed cracked tiles and glued pieces together. Shower doors I paid for are damaged with glue fingerprints from installer. Cabinetry I paid for was damaged due to a plumbing leak and worker nailing on accents that should hav been glued on. Fiasco - afterward I was harassed, Irving showing up all hours of the night, he wanted to come back in & fix these issues. Never coming into my home again. His wife found me on Facebook and cyber bullied me, I was close to filing a restraining order. I hav fotos & videos of all the damage caused, horrible.

We were recommended to him, and we regret it!!! If I can give him less than one star I would!!!! I feel like crying every time I think of how much stress and anxiety dealing with him caused me and my husband. First of all to reach him is like to reach a president, never available when needed. Puts newbies to train on job, they screw up and he makes excuses! We had him do 2 bathrooms and lay floors. The jobs are done sloppy, tiles where chipped and still installed, tiles installed incorrectly where they stick out, painters missed spots, new wood floors have damages do to improperly covered floors when placing equipment. Full of excuses for why things went wrong. When txting him/ calling he doesn't respond back until threatened. We signed a contract with him on jobs to have done, he tells us " that's not what we agreed on" - forgets what he promised. After only five months of living in new house his plumbing work caused water damage that we had to rip Sheetrock in kitchen out and install new in ceiling, I have cracks and grout falling out in both newly installed bathrooms. We had been calling him for months, and he keeps jerking us around, so finally his guy comes to fix grout and when removing cracked grout put a huge scratch in a tile, and pretending it was there, they also needed to reinstall tub plug which never was tested, doesn't hold water for kids to take baths, ok " fixed" again caused water damage in ceiling in kitchen second time!!! Again maiking excuses why he can't come to an emergency repair. Now my kids can't use their bathroom until they fix it. If you want to be frustrated, upset, lose time from work/ family to hunt this guy down to fix HIS mistakes, go ahead and hire him. If you want a good job done, I STRESS to you, STAY FAR AWAY from IRVING and his crew!!! Sloppy, irresponsible, unreachable, forgetful!!!!! Our biggest regret!!!!!!!!!!!! Update: 2/20 After second time, the ceiling was ruined, we asked him to come and fix the ceiling, he refused and wouldn’t come until my reviews were down. I took them down and he only showed up 3 weeks later. Left a guy to redo ceiling, they refused to open the ceiling up to make sure there was no mold growing, after 30 min of arguing Irving told the guy to open 16” hole to see if there is mold. The result of the “fix” is atrocious!!!! I am so devastated !!!! I know he will follow up with lots of excuses, but pictures speak louder than words !!!

I hired Irving Sovern and his crew to remodel my basement. They put down new flooring, installed new lighting, installed new drop ceiling and painted. Professional and personable. Came early, performed work thoroughly and maintained a clean work area. I would highly recommend this compay and use them again for future projects.

I've been using Accent (Irving) for a number of years. He did a fantastic job remodeling my bathroom; he offered great design suggestions, did a high quality job and the cost was very reasonable. His team moved quickly and, did a great job of cleaning up every night. Since then, I have used Irving for all my remodeling, plumbing and electrical needs, and he has been a lifesaver! I recommend him very highly!

Accent Contracting did a complete bathroom remodel for my home. The job was beautifully done. The few minor issues on the job were rectified immediately. I am extremely happy with the job and would recommend them to anyone. I will be hiring them again for my next renovation project.
