There aren’t enough words to explain how great Bill, Taylor and the rest of the ACRECO team are. In five weeks! they remodeled 80% of our house with a level of technical proficiency and an eye for design unmatched in the DFW. Their communication through out the process kept our family at ease and on top of the process through out the entire build. We cannot recommend them enough and will continue to call on them exclusively.

We have had many home improvement projects completed by Bill Stanley with ACRECO. They have included the installation of an outdoor electrical fuse box to hook up our hot tub; new wiring on our patio for three outdoor ceiling fans, the installation of outdoor motion detector security lighting and several outlets. We have also had indoor ceiling fans installed; light switches and outlets repaired; three rooms of carpet laid; a wooden floor 10’x12’refinished and stained; wall cracks repaired and painted; shower heads fixed in both of our bathrooms; a wooden gate and over 12’ of wooden fence replaced; plus they built and stained our gorgeous 12’x48’ wooden deck with railings and steps leading down to the backyard. Bill personally came out, evaluated each of our proposed projects, provided suggestions, explained what supplies would be needed, the estimated time to complete the project and gave us an invoice showing the expected cost before starting each project. His crews are friendly, professional, hardworking and efficient at completing their tasks. They also cleaned up their messes. All the work has been superbly done to our satisfaction, at a reasonable cost, and is under warranty. We highly recommend Bill Stanley with ACRECO for your home improvement needs.

We hired Bill for a complete kitchen remodel and partial living room finishings. This guy is the best, he not only did a beautiful job he is available anytime you need him and for several other things you may need done. I would definitely recommend this company! Thanks Bill you are the best!!

I’ve used Bill now for several projects and would not use anyone else. I trust his knowledge and appreciate his attention to detail. He did a full kitchen remodel which included removal of a load bearing wall and custom cabinets. He has also installed all of our flooring and most recently completed a patio extension and construction of a pergola. Each time he has given us a detailed schedule of the days activities and has stuck to them. I trust his crew as they act with the highest of degree of professionalism. Bill responds quickly to calls/texts and he is more than happy to answer all of our questions.

Bill is a phenomenal contractor. He's not satisfied unless you're satisfied. Bill worked within our budget and was transparent about cost and what he could and couldn't do (which he and his team can do everything so there wasn't much he couldn't do). He went with us when we purchased everything from granite to faucets to tile, and made sure everything worked with our set up. Barry and Max are amazing and kind dudes that work with him. They were on time, generous, and did everything in their power to make sure things were done correctly. Toreso (not sure about the spelling) worked quickly to get our bathrooms tiled, and his work was fantastic. I would dock one star for the painters as there were some places that needed touching up, things that needed going over, and one item needing replacement. However, I won't because the guy came back to ensure things were fixed. Plus it was no extra charge for them to come back, no charge to replace the item, no wait time as they came back the next day, and the work was fixed and looks neat! Bill made sure everything was amazing! It took about 9 days to do a bathroom to the studs and redo, kitchen counters/lighting/oven hood thing, master bathroom vanities/lighting/shower/bath tile. He has a warranty on everything he and his workers do, so if something goes wrong, he'll be back to fix it. They kept everything clean and cleaned up as they left. Our kitchen and bathrooms are amazing. I'm so happy! IIRC, he pays his guys by the job not the hour, so you don't have to worry about anyone dragging their tails to finish. If you need a contractor, ACRECO is the only company to go with.

I've used Acreco several times through the years and I am a life long customer. I've used Acreco for remodeling at my workplace and at my house. I have always received quality service and workmanship. Bill sets realistic timelines and explains the work in great detail. He will look at the scope of work from every angle and provide you with the best options. It's difficult to find quality workmanship at an affordable price. I never met a GC who will draw, design, shop with you, and advise you on your choices. He goes above and beyond what the average GC will do. He is not your run of the mill handyman. He has been in business over 20 years. He is a perfectionist and if something isn't up to his standards, it will be redone until it is. I highly recommend Acreco for all of your remodeling and renovation needs.

I had my roof and fence replaced by Acreco and they did an outstanding job. The owner worked with me in every way possible to make this both hassle and worry free. Bill answered all my questions before and during the work and is a true professional. The owner, Bill, is an outstanding man to work with. He is honest, trustworthy and just a very nice gentleman who is not out to just do the job and get your money, he is dedicated to providing excellent work.

Acreco recently did a master bathroom remodel for us. Our bathroom was tight and awkward and straight from the 70's (carpet and seashell sink included) not to mention we had a leaky shower. Bill came out and tested for our leak and found the problem quickly. He worked with insurance to get the leak covered. From there, we decided to do a full bathroom remodel. Bill listened to what we wanted as well as offered suggestions on our project. He worked to keep us in the budget we set and offered advice along the way. I'm the type of person to ask lots of questions and he was readily available to answer. He had several crews come out (carpet, tiling, framing, drywall, electric, custom cabinetry...) and every single one of his workers were professional and kind. I felt comfortable having them in our house at any time of day. They always showed up on time and worked hard. I was amazed each day with the progress. We had a (mostly) full bathroom remodel in about 2 weeks. The only reason I say mostly is because my husband and I decided we would do the painting on our own... although I'm reconsidering. I highly recommend working with Bill at Acreco. I know I plan to do it again. Already considering what my next project should be... A big THANK YOU to Bill and his crew! Pictures show the old bathroom and the new (again, painting is still needed, but you get the jest of how beautifully Acreco did!).
