Look no further for the company to clean your air ducts! The professionalism was top notch from scheduling to service. Scheduling was easy, explained everything. Pricing was awesome as it was fixed per system (no per vent charges which I appreciated). They arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. The only thing I'm disappointed in is that I forgot to ask them to clean out my dryer vent. I'll probably call them back to do that. I have already noticed how clean the air is and everyone is sneezing less. So pleased with their service and will definitely call them back in a few years to do it again (and sooner for my dryer vent).

They were professional and courteous. Called to give a heads up. Did their job well and provided feedback along with pictures. No mess in the house. Although cleaning around the furnace wasn't part of their job, they went ahead and cleaned out a lot dust around the furnace area that was created from a major renovation job. Very pleased with the service.

I got service this morning and I feel like it's mandatory to write a Right Review about Service. From the beginning to End... nothing hassle. It was just smooth and great experience. I had service from another company (Se*rs Air Duct Cleaning...) and was tons of problem. I really appreciate today's job!! Don't waste your time to look for other services... Once you call them (actually I order through Angies List) you'll find out you did right decision. I hope my review help to choose right place.

Air Duct Pros did a tremendous job on my very old and very dirty house. They explained what they were doing every step of the way and took photos of their progress so I could see exactly what the ducts looked like before and after cleaning. I immediately noticed a difference in the air quality in my home and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy duct cleaning.

After getting scammed into an $1,100 air duct cleaning job in our townhouse by one of the "discount" companies, I was very sceptical about finding a legitimate company for our new house. These guys lived up to every review! Only charged what was agreed upon when scheduling the service. We asked to have our dryer vent cleaned as well, but when they showed up and took a look, they said there is absolutely no reason for us to pay for that service as the vent was just replaced (I'm sure other companies would be happy to slap on that extra charge). They arrived within the provided window and called right before coming. Clean, efficient, courteous, and best of all did a wonderful job. We have an older house and the air smells clean now. We would absolutely use them again!

I had Air Duct Pros clean my dryer vent duct work on 10/23/14. The boss explained in detail what the process would be and what it might require. Prior to their arrival my wife and I were thinking of purchasing a new dryer but now the dryer works as if it were brand new. They cleaned out the vent duct work which is a long way from the dryer to the outside vent, cleaned up the dust on the outside that was in my flower bed, replaced the dryer in its original spot and sealed the connection from the dryer to the duct work. All in all an excellent job and now I'm ready to have my HVAC duct work professionally cleaned. They were awesome! Gerald N Ellicott City

Easy to schedule an appointment, no attitude, very professional, clean and courteous, concerned with doing a thorough cleaning, no hard up-sell on additional services. Hired Air Duct Pros to clean out our air ducts in the house we were moving into. They showed up early and got the job done correctly and thoroughly. Excellent job, highly recommend (and got their name from someone who recommended them). Not as inexpensive as other air duct cleaning companies cost-wise but you get what you pay for.

They were excellent, prompt, professional, neat, delicate to not damage anything in the process. I had the dryer vent cleaned out and the ducts. For some reason (on my end) I had to have them cleaned on separate days, and they were very accommodating. An all around excellent experience.

In preparation for installing a new HVAC we had Air Duct Pros, clean out our air ducts. They arrived on time, were friendly, did a great job of cleaning the ducts and left no trace of their job. Our only disappointment was that they could not clean our dryer vent because it is on the second floor of our house. We would definitely hire them again.

Recently, I moved back into my property after renting it out for several years. Due to the condition of the property, I was concerned about the overall condition of my air ducts and the indoor air quality. When I sent an email asking about rates, I got a response back within 24 hours, with a detailed breakdown of cost, and the associated benefits. The guys came to my house, on time, and explained what they would be doing, and told me what to expect. They came, they cleaned, and then pointed out items I should know about, and where I may have issues in the future, without trying to sell me useless products. Air Duct Pros finished the job early, and they cleaned up after themselves, it was if they never showed up. I'm a Type A personality, and I ask a lot of questions, Air Duct Pros were extremely professional. I will hire them again when the time arises.

We purchased service with Air Ducts Pro as part of a promotional deal. They were very quick to schedule service, and showed up right in the middle of the designated arrival window. The cleaning of the ducts was very thorough - they cut holes in the main lines and hooked up their vacuum line that was run in to the house through a window in the basement, and dislodged the gunk in the supply and return lines with their powered, spinning brushes. They showed me before and after pictures of the return lines and let me look myself into the more accessible ones, and the amount of junk on the surfaces before cleaning was impressive - after cleaning it looked much better! The house smelled fresher too. Due to some signs of rust and what might have been mold, they recommended a disinfectant service, but didn't give me a hard sell or scare tactics on it - simply presented the options and let me choose for myself if I felt it was worthwhile. When they were finished they closed up all the holes and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. All in all great service!
