We just completed a bathroom remodel with Alesch Contracting and can't say enough good things about them! From day one, their communication was excellent - responding to all of my emails and questions promptly. They were patient and willing to work with me when the project was delayed due to the sink I wanted being backordered by several months. When we did get underway, they showed up on time, did impeccable work, were very conscious of keeping my house neat and tidy, and their attention to detail was amazing. I found all of their workers to be trustworthy and I had no problem having them work in my home even when I couldn't be here. The project wrapped up on time, and at the exact budget that had been estimated. Kevin went above and beyond, even taking care of small details that hadn't been in the original estimate, but that he just had to make sure were completed properly. We have several other projects on the horizon, and we will definitely call Ted and Kevin to do all future work in our house!

Alesch Contracting has completed both small and large projects on my house, the most recent being a kitchen remodel including cabinet design, countertops, tiles and flooring. They were efficient, responsive, polite and professional. Their pricing is competitive and we are extremely pleased with the result.

Ted Alesch is professional. He is more than a typical contractor. He brings his experience and creativity to difficult "in the field" situations that occur often in the scope of renovation that we undertook. He and his crew, as well as subcontractors transformed a 1980s home into a modern day country home. We took this home down to the rafters and rebuilt every component; framing, interior/exterior walls, windows/doors, flooring, roof, all mechanicals. Nothing was left untouched and we couldn't be more pleased.

Ted and his team at Alesch Contracting did an INCREDIBLE job for our company. Starting from day one, Ted was responsive, presented great ideas to design challenges we ran into, and most importantly, guided us through the permit process. We feel very fortunate to have hired Ted Alesch for a large kitchen, dining room and family room project. It was important for us to find a builder who was not afraid to take on a remodel and make us a priority. Ted understood what we wanted, stuck to a schedule and came in on budget.
