While their initial work was pretty good, they were extremely hard to deal with when an issue arose a couple of months later. Despite my explaining the problem, they tried to tell me that the problem was just natural shrinkage when there were actual no nails attaching the side fence to the front fence. It has taken me a month to get them to agree to send someone out for what should be about a 5 minute repair. In addition, when I asked for the owner's name the receptionist told me she was not allowed to give it out. Not a good way to build customer satisfaction.
