I had Amazing Exteriors do all the siding and windows on my house! The instillation process with quick and easy, and now you cant even recognize my house! The work looks incredible and the process and crew was very helpful and understanding of my needs. I have already recommended them to my neighbor who loved the windows they put in my house and I will recommended them to anyone who is looking for windows or exterior work on their homes. I had Amazing Exteriors install windows in my home last month and they did a fabulous job. My windows look great and they actually arrived 3 weeks ahead of time. I am VERY happy with my experience with them but most importantly my wife is loving the new look to our home.

0 stars - AVOID AT ALL COST! This company never finished the job, ordered the wrong product, lied more than once, and now refuses to return calls or finish the botched job they did. Window in picture has huge gap in top where trim was not properly added and the handle was ordered in gold but received a super cheap plastic handle. Landon (manager) will lie to you and then not return calls - do not trust him!

We purchased 12 windows. The windows are beautiful and very high quality and they installed them quickly and did an excellent job. The attention to detail they have on getting everything just right was impressive. I'm very happy with our purchase and am very satisfied with my purchase.

STAY CLEAR! We were EXTREMELY frustrated with Amazing Exteriors’ conduct, service and lack of professionalism. We signed a contract back in May 2016 that covered window installments and some remodeling. We were promised that the company will complete ALL construction (INCLUDING receiving a permit) within 6-8 weeks (i.e. by mid-July at the latest). This turned out to be an operational fiasco. Even now (15 weeks since we signed the contract!!!) are not close to having this project completed. The deposit check (50% of the amount) was cleared 2 days after signing the contract, but that was the only item that Amazing Exteriors took care of in a very timely fashion… The chain of events post contract signature was as follows: • We were told that an engineer will touch base within 10 days. No one contacted us, and we had to chase down the company with multiple phone calls to have someone come over after 17 days • We then have NOT HEARD from Amazing Exteriors despite multiple attempts to call them during June and during July • In late July, Amazing Exteriors submitted the permit request to the WRONG jurisdiction (!!), so it was rejected after a few business days. Only afterward, they submitted the permit request to the right jurisdiction • Once construction actually resumed, the crew would appear inconsistently, work for only a few hours a day, schedule and then reschedule visits for various reasons (car broke down, etc.), not clean after a day’s work (we had to do that ourselves), and leave cigarette butts in our driveway. DO NOT HIRE!

I had 18 windows installed. Installation was fine although delayed due to the weather. Outside windows and screens were painted to match trims. Unfortunately the paint did not stick and I called to ask for touch ups. They said they would get back to me, but after many calls I did not get anywhere and never got a phone call back. I am quite unhappy about this.

The window installation crew showed up on time, were very professional, explained the process and took care to keep drop cloths in the areas where they were working. Installation was finished slightly ahead of schedule even though ALL of our old windows were not square and adjustments had to be made before new windows could go in. We could not be more pleased with the final product. We have siding to be installed at a later date (exterior work has been delayed due to excessive rain).

Purchased 17 windows of various size for our remodel. We were pleased with their tear out and installation process. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. We noticed an issue with a window a couple weeks later and they were prompt and courteous in remedying the situation.

We contracted with 'Amazing Siding and Windows' of Austin to install replacement windows from Marvin ('Infinity' is their line most commonly use for replacement purposes). This included 14 windows as well as a large French Door. After the scheduled measurement appointment, it took ~4 weeks until we got the windows, so Marvin was somewhat ahead of schedule. The installation took 2.5 days, and I was present in the house throughout. We are very pleased with the new windows (our previous windows were 35 years old, and a real eyesore), and we were very glad with the way the crew carried on the job. They were always very polite and courteous, and in a couple of instances, where we requested additional work (a new hand of paint on a trimming board; and in at least one instance, a new trimming board) they did as we requested.

All the personal from Amazing Exteriors Austin were great from start to finish regarding my replacement windows installation project. Scott and Justin actually installed the 16 Marvin windows in my home. They did a fabulous job and I was so impressed with their work and courtesy. And the Marvin windows are great too.

Would highly recommend this windows company. Professional showroom staff. They worked with my budget, showing me options in my price range. Installer was neat, efficient and very courteous. I am doing my window replacement in phases and will be using Amazing Exteriors all the way.
