Anne Marie Dresen has worked with me on two major projects—painting and flooring several years ago and most recently a kitchen update. She is a consummate professional who hires contractors for you, sets up a project calendar and takes care of problems which may arise. Those contractors noticeably respect her knowledge and competence. She listens carefully to help define a client’s tastes and wishes and follows through promptly. I would highly recommend her services for any type of interior design.

AnneMarie is amazing! She maintains focus on the smallest of details to ensure the project comes in on time, on budget and looking GREAT! Her sense of style will allow any project to fit with both your taste as well as current trends. As someone who doesn't have the time, style or knowledge to select design elements for a remodel, the investment in hiring AnneMarie was VERY well spent, and our kitchen looks awesome! We would do it again in a second!

AnneMarie created a beautiful redesign of our 1980s kitchen. Her design not only updated the kitchen but also incorporated functionality and consideration of the style of our home. She has a great working relationship with product vendors. She is knowledgeable about new products and went with us to pick out new cabinets with the Amish carpenter, as well as deciding on the quartz countertops, sink, cabinet pulls, etc. Her connection with vendors kept the work on schedule and she quickly intervened when there were any issues with quality. In addition to her wonderful design, color, and style expertise, AnneMarie is friendly and always professional.

My husband and I decided to do a long overdue kitchen remodel this past summer. With AnneMarie’s help, I am finally enjoying entertaining in my kitchen again! When we first met with AnneMarie, we discussed both project timeframe and budget. We were open to any suggestions that would give our kitchen a fresh look while staying within budget and matching the style in the rest of our home. With that in mind, she she drew up a new kitchen and gave us some creative ideas of how to reconfigure our entryway. Her proposed plans were perfect for us and we decided to move forward. I typically have a difficult time being decisive, but AnneMarie made all the decision-making so easy. Her expert knowledge of the remodel process allowed us to make decisions on-time for our general contractor. She walked us through every step, from appliances to custom Amish-made cabinets. She set up all the necessary appointments with the individual businesses that we used, and prepared herself with suggestions ahead of time. We began construction on June 4th and the project was finished on time in mid-August. It was a whirlwind of activity that resulted in a new entryway, kitchen and dining area. When family and friends walk through our beautiful front door they have nothing but wonderful things to say about how amazing it looks! I would highly recommend AnneMarie’s knowledge and professionalism to anyone doing a small or large project!

I recently moved into a new house, and I needed help decorating my home with furniture, rugs, lamps and accessories. AnnMarie guided me through purchasing these items saving me time, money, and many headaches! She didn't pick items she liked, but rather listened to my vision for my new home and showed me several options she thought I might like, and then I was able to get input from my husband and either select one of her suggestions or ask for different ideas. Thus I didn't have to travel to several different stores to see hundreds of items and still not know what I wanted. I appreciated her professionalism, and her ability to meet my deadlines. Our guest bathroom needed a 'facelift'! Decorating is not my gift. I had seen a home that AnneMarie Design decorated from floor to ceiling, tiling to light fixtures and everything in between. I knew she was the one. We couldn't be happier with the end result. I feel our bathroom truly reflects our personal style. AnneMarie is extremely professional and is a pleasure to work with.
