Owner, Bob Kost has worked in the concrete construction and restoration industry since 1977. He began installing large residential foundations and drain tile systems in Kane and Du Page counties. The company he worked for branched off into the concrete restoration and waterproofing industry. Working with and developing knowledge using specialty products which were used in restoring structures in paper mills, water treatment plants and manufacturing facilities. My experience using polymer repair mortars, epoxy and urethane coatings, caulk sealants and waterproof membranes has equipt me to find “solutions for every concrete installation and repair” , which has become the companies motto. After incorporating in 1984 I have personally repaired over 5000 residential concrete foundations in the Chicagoland area using epoxy resins for structural repairs and chemical foam grout for non- structural waterproofing repairs. All of our foundation repairs come with a life-time warranty. One of my most important functions as a business owner is to provide our customers with quality control necessary to complete each job.
