Hello, I'm Beth Simon and my philosophy is centered around a home being a mirror of the best you. It should be a beautiful environment that makes you shine and feel content. This can be accomplished in many ways and this is where I come in. I can assist you choosing the colors, styles, furnishings, window treatments... basically your wish list, to make your place work for you and your budget. Maybe you need a space to motivate or indulge you, calm or recharge you. With my knowledge, experience and the tools of design, together, we can make your home a unique place to be the center of family and friends, a place to enrich your social life, or even bring you back to a special place or time in your life...a place you may have traveled to or would like to one day.

Beth/BSI have a passion for customer satisfaction, a desire to learn and solve challenges whatever they might be -- and most of all a passion for design. I suspect BSI could step into any style, personality, or challenge and make it sizzle. We took a 40 year old house and made the second floor look new. Custom furniture, lighting, space planning, changed walls, entertainment bump out, fireplace, TV, surround sound, paint, carpet, windows! Photos to follow.

I hired Beth Simon to help me in the remodeling of my living room, dining room, kitchen and library. She helped me with selecting paint and advising me on my purchase of new furniture, rugs, and lighting and the placement of artwork. The task was enormous but the results were amazing. I have an open floor plan and all of the rooms complement each other. I am so pleased with the results and have received many complements. Beth was wonderful to work with. She figured out what I wanted and helped me to achieve my vision. She also taught me about design and color in the process. She is an excellent designer and I have already recommended her to several of my friends.

Beth helped turn my dull boring dining room into a warm welcoming room! She did a great job of listening to what I wanted and helped to guide me with choosing the paint, fabrics and window treatments to achieve my beautiful dining room. I wanted to keep my dining room furniture, but it had been badly sun bleached and she was able to find someone who would refinish the furniture for a reasonable price. She was very good at working within the budget we had agreed on. I would highly recommend Beth.

I would highly recommend Beth Simon for help with any interior design project. She was tremendous in helping me redecorate my son's bedroom into a beautiful restful guest room. We decided to repaint the walls a different color, and I had a lot of difficulty choosing the color. Beth brought many samples for me to look at and hang around the room to see how they would look at different times of the day. She was very patient during my long decision process. In the end I love the color she helped me choose. I feel she understands the principles of design, is highly professional, and is willing to work within a budget. I will definitely use her again!

We could not be happier with the way our living room/dining room/entryway redesign turned out! Beth helped us turn our bland "hodge-podge" of furniture and styles into a warm, welcoming, cohesive space that we enjoy using for ourselves and for entertaining. Beth listened carefully to our needs and helped us identify our style preferences and tastes. She was more than willing to work within our budget and was not only creative as a designer but also tremendously resourceful in coming up with clever ways to enhance our rooms without spending a fortune. The end result was a living space that looks pulled together in an organic--not glitzy--way. I was a bit anxious about using an interior designer, but Beth put me at ease the minute she walked in the door for our first meeting. She is extremely personable and fun to work with. I would absolutely work with her again and highly recommend her services.

Beth is always available to either come into the shop or table over the phone about the project at had, She has wonderful ideas and I know her clients are very pleased with her abilities. Beth was great to work with and gave us good ideas of furniture, paint, and accessories for our dining room and bedroom. She was reasonably priced for the amount of time spent on the projects and helped us make decisions when we did not have the expertise to do so. I would recommend her and use her services again.

My husband and I have trouble making decisions, and Beth was just the right person for us. We had asked her for help in deciding what kind of floor(s) to use in our kitchen and adjacent living areas. She came to our home, digested and carefully considered our layout and tastes, reviewed our preliminary selections, and helped us decide what would be best for us and our home both for now and for selling down the road. She gave us a lot of suggestions beyond flooring and pointed out ways to increase our kitchen work space that we hadn't thought of previously. Beth was very easy to work with and was very generous with her time and fees. We felt like we got more than we paid for, and we'll definitely use her again on this and other projects.
