Big Red Cedar

Big Red Cedar quoted us in March to fence our yard and replace 2 gates, build 2 custom gates and one custom gate across driveway. This was our family's big investment in home improvement for the year! My husband liked Toms skills and ideas. The fence turned out beautifully but unfortunately the driveway "custom" gate is a nightmare! They left an old post in and put a cap on it! It's about 5 inches shorter than the actual fence. The panel next to the gate is about 5 feet high even though the gate is about 6.5 feet high. The construction of this gate is feeble and they never took into account the slope of the driveway so on one end, we need to lift it to open it and on the other, it has about 2 feet open at bottom!! We have contacted Bryan repeatedly with no response from him, directly. We are very disappointed with our "dream gate"! It's definitely a nightmare and we hope that this company takes the opportunity to make it right.
