KLA Studios

After buying a home on 2 acres that was badly in need of restoration to its landscape, I found KLA studios. I needed a plan for my property that I could implement over the course of a few years. Budget was a concern as well as issues involving drainage and the re-grading of parts of the property, both for aesthetics and rain water management. After visiting my home KLA studios took into consideration what elements of my existing landscape should be saved. KLA studios produced a beautiful hand drawn, well thought out plan of my property. Plus detailed construction drawings of hardscape portions of the plan that included both installation instructions and a materials list for the installer on a patio and retaining wall system. I received comprehensive plant lists to go along with plans for multiple beds including a vegetable garden. A rain garden was designed to deal with excess water in my front yard, and regrading was planned to take water away from the foundation of my home. The plans included a new shape for my front yard, a fire pit and patio area, new front entryway overhang for my front door, and the aforementioned rain garden and retaining walls. After I added a stand alone three car garage to my wish list for my property, KLA studios was able to pivot and add my newly planned building to their existing plans for my home. It has all worked out seamlessly. Great responsiveness and communication from Kla studios on this project. Would highly recommend!
