I hired BK Renovation1, LLC to rebuild my deck on my new home. The deck was not originally built to code and Benie could tell this right within the first few minutes of him being on property to evaluate the work that needed to be completed. We had an issue with weather challenging the completion of the work but Benie kept me up to date with all progress and next steps to complete the work. I even asked Benie to do another project in my home with success. I wouldn't hesitate hiring BK Renovation 1, LLC and team to do future work on my home. He also has a great personality which results in comfortability and ease. Do yourself a favor and hire this team!

We have used Benie on several projects now and have been very pleased with his speed, quality of work and fair pricing. Very communicative and flexible. We've had two decks replaced, a range vent hood installed (including duct work to outside of home), painting, shutter and front door replacement. We're getting ready to have him quote us on more interior work in Q1 of 2020. Love him and have recommended him to several neighbors who have used him, too.

BK Renovation was a great choice for my family and I. I needed a old over the range microwave removed and a new one installed and I couldn't have made a better choice. The service was professional and the owner came on time to complete the job. I also had a issue with my garbage disposal and he took a look at it and was able to fix it without me having to buy a new disposal system. The owner was respectful and knowledgeable. I will be using this company again for sure.

The crew was always professional and easy to work with. Work was performed as scheduled and on budget. Work quality was excellent. I will use BK Renovation 1 again.
