Mike and his crew worked hard and long to replace a wall of windows from floor to the ceiling. He came recommended by another contractor who was too busy for us. Mike's crews long hours to finish between another job that he committed to start on a specific date. We know they worked extra hard to finish. Great diligent work. We recommend Briggs Home Remodeling

We had Briggs Construction to remodel a bathroom. Took tub out and built a custom shower. Added new vanity. Added laminate tile on the floor and repainted the walls. Also on another project we had him to construct a 20 x 30 shop with concrete floor. Both jobs were completed in the time frame he said they would. Mike supplies very quality materials and construction. I would highly recommend Briggs Construction to anyone and would use him again.

I moved to my current residence in 2017. There was several improvements that needed to be done, and in early 2018 I contacted several contractors for bids. I worked in facilities maintenance and am very familiar with construction practices and costs. MIKE BRIGGS presented the fairest price on the work requested, and pointed out the pros and cons of remodeling plans I had in mind. He kept me appraised in each step of the project, and complete the remodel on time and to the price quoted. Mike and his crew were professional, cleaned up the area, and the work was well done! Several months later I again hired Briggs Home Remodeling to paint the exterior of the home. He completed detailed prep of caulk and sealing, prior to applying multi coats of paint. Again, his crew was professional, the work was above expectations, and the price was fair. Briggs Home Remodeling is now my 'go to contractor' for home improvements and maintenance. As a 'Marine Veteran', Mike has shown himself as a man of character and integrity, which is evident in his work and how he conducts his business.

We hired Mike last summer to remodel two bathrooms....he did an incredible job and our bathrooms are nothing short of amazing! He did such a great job on our bathrooms, that we hired home to remodel our kitchen last month....again...awesome job! Mike is honest, dependable, and an all around good guy. The men on his team are friendly, professional, and they clean up after themselves. We appreciated so much Mike’s work ethic (hard to find people who show up for the job if the fish are biting!) as well as his flexibility (I changed a few things along the way), and his input. I recommend Mike for your remodel jobs, without hesitation....he is the best!

We hire Briggs home remodeling to replace the old lattice around the bottom of our home with corrugated metal for the industrial look my wife wanted and they did a fantastic job I would recommend them to everyone needing repairs done
