Greg finished our basement and did an incredible job! We have a very large >2000 ft2 basement where we added a large kitchen/bar area, a theater room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms along with a large multi-purpose area for a pool table. Greg did incredible custom hardwood work to build a playhouse under the stairs and create a custom entertainment center. We always get comments on the craftsmanship and quality of the basement finish. I would recommend Greg to anyone and everyone! Great job Greg! I'm willing tor provide photos if needed.

Greg Sonntag, owner of CHI, completed a large and complicated basement remodeling project for us in 2017. The project was approximately 2,000 sq ft and had many challenges, such as ceiling height issues due to existing duct work and relocating plumbing stubs. Greg is creative but practical in his approach to solving problems and creating cost effective solutions. He’s also a talented trim and finish carpenter! Our project was on budget and the finished product is beautiful! He communicates clearly and effectively and is a true professional in every way. We loved working with Greg and would do business with him again!.

Greg is an outstanding businessman. We found him to be honest, hardworking and very capable in doing our major remodeling project. We really appreciated working with Greg. He also used good sub-contractors. We would definitely use his company again.

We had our entire basement finished, a modern railing installed leading to our second floor, and slcusyom built-ins installed in our living room. We couldn’t be happier with the result. Greg and his team finished on time and were great to work with. I highly recommend custom home innovations!
