Carpet One Denver

This is the second time I've worked with Carpet One. The first time was for a large laminate floor installation that included stairs. This time was for a carpet installation. My salesperson Christine was wonderful to work with in both instances. She helped us stay on budget, but still got great quality products. Installation was great both times. I only wish I had more flooring to purchase. Carpet One is a great company to work with.

I have been a Contractor for 30+ years and have used Carpet One for a large part of my career. They are timely, responsive and communicative. Their selections are good and quality of the highest. I would recommend them to any one looking for floor coverings.

I used them for over ten years consistently. I always have good service. They offer quality products and that is why I always come back to them. I would recommend to family and friends.

Very disappointed with my experience. I ordered carpet for a rental unit and ordered a separate tear out date prior to installation. I was happy to pay the extra charge to have the old carpet removed early however when I went to the unit they had only removed half of the carpet in the house. I was told that I would have to pay an additional charge for haulaway if I wanted the remaining carpet removed. This is after I had already paid extra for removal. When the carpet was installed there was a blemish that looked like a burn in the carpet. I contacted Carpet One and at a first was told that if I wanted the carpet repaired it would cost an additional $120 for another trip out to the unit and that the seams would show around the repair. After complaining about having to pay an additional charge for damage that should not have been present in new carpet they finally agreed to send someone out to try and repair the blemish but since the repair would have left the carpet with obvious repairs seams the fix seemed worse than the blemish. I feel that since I paid for new, and not inexpensive carpet, the carpet should have been delivered and installed in broad new condition. Finally, I specifically ordered carpet that came with a 10 yr "no stain, no exception" Commercial warranty. After the carpet was installed I asked for the paperwork from the manufacturer and warranty information and Carpet One told me that there was no paperwork available and they would not warranty the carpet since it was going into a rental. I questioned why a commercial warranty would not cover a rental but received no response. So in the end, I ended up with a blemished carpet, no warranty, and hundreds of dollars more in expense than I could have bought the exact same carpet from from Home Depot. I would not recommend this company.

I have worked with this Carpet One dealer and my sales person Christine for the past 16 years. They have always given me a fair price and EXCELLENT customer service! They are currently working on our next project:)
