We had the great pleasure and fortune to have worked with Cathy and her team of Contractors, Electricians, Plumbers and Cabinet Maker as we looked to renovate our townhouse. Cathy provided the much needed project management, design theme and ideas based on a mutually agreed upon 'design concept' and choice of materials and budget. Cathy's tremendous eye for design and spatial sense was of utmost benefit as the space and floor plans had to be completely re-worked. The results are enviable. We had a very tight time frame (as we were also in the process of selling our house) - but Cathy managed to coordinate all of the trades to get us "in the door" as promised. Cathy is highly responsive and attentive to her clients' needs and her team almost felt like "family". We highly recommend Cathy and her team - our renovated town home feels like an oasis and we both look forward to coming home every night after a hard day's work.

She staged our entire home for sale , which included redesign of 5 of our 11 rooms. She also recast the presentation of the homes exterior .

We asked Cathy to remodel our kitchen and dining area - the space was very dysfunctional and poorly designed from the very beginning when we bought the house. Cathy did a fantastic job completely redesigning the entire place. She has a great sense of space, esthetics and functionality. She was able to create a plan that fulfilled our wishes, needs, and budget. She supervised the whole work to the smallest detail and her team of contractors made a great job. The whole process went very smoothly. We enjoy our new place very much.

I am a general contractor and have worked on several projects big and small with Cathy Schlecter over the last few years. each undertaking regardless of size will see Cathy there daily going through the smallest details with each of the trades. Through a balancing of practical and aesthetic design She keeps the budget on track . At times I have received emails after midnight when there is a pending issue in order not to have delays. As a contractor information is important, Cathy has always been available to answer questions, provide specs, ect.
