Closet Factory (Pittsburgh)

My wife and I hired the Closet Factory for a project in our spare bedroom. We had the bedroom set up as an office. It was cluttered and the space was not used to its fullest potential. There was a wooden box that came out of the side of the wall. It has to stay in the room because it is the cutout for the steps that takes you to our downstairs. The Closet Factory designed an amazing space and we couldn't be any happier.

We are completely satisfied with our new master bedroom closet from start to finish with Constance the designer to the installers. They showed up promptly everyday and were very professional. We absolutely love our closet and all of the new functions (lighted hanger bar, vallet rod, tie hanger and jewelry drawer). It turned out beautiful.

Kayla, did an outstanding job designing our walk in closet to maximize the available space. We only had 8 foot by 6 foot space, and she gave us more room than we thought possible. The installation team were on time the day of the installation, and did a great job installing the shelves and drawers. They took the time to let us inspect the finished job and answered any questions we had before they left. They did a great job cleaning up after their work. In todays world of manufacturers/contractors it's a rare find to locate a GEM! That is what the Closet Factory of Jeannette is. From our first phone call to our completed project we were treated with respect and dignity as was our home. We first called the Closet Factory to make an appointment for someone to come out and look at our closets and to see what could be done to make them more efficient. The consultant arrived at the specified date and time. We found her to be knowledgeable and easy to work with. Measurements were taken and we were told that we would have designs within a few days, and we did. My wife and I reviewed the designs but we had a few questions. We called and made an appointment to come to the office. We were seen at the scheduled time and not only were our questions answered but given additional alternatives and suggestions. What I was most impressed about my visit to the office was that I found it to be on top of their manufacturing facility. I would never have guessed that our closets would not only be designed here but manufactured as well. We made our initial deposit and our project was worked into the schedule. The installers arrived on the specified date. Keep in mind these installers work for the Closet Factory. They are not sub contractors. They arrived on time, and promptly introduced themselves to my wife and I. We showed them where the closets were and they then immediately went about their business. They treated our home as if it was their own, and maybe even better. Had I not known that they were working in my home I would not have even known they were there. The two closets were assembled that day and if not for a kick plate on the one closet the job would have been completed that day. The foreman told me that they would be back within two days with the kick plate. They were. We never had to ask the workers to clean up after themselves. Our home was as they found it when they were finished, but only with better and more efficient closets. So much so that I'm asking them to come back again to perhaps do two more closets. Save yourself the hassle of shopping around, go with The Closet Factory of Jeannette right from the start. You wont be sorry that you did. Keep in mind price is what you pay and Value is what you get when you choose the Closet Factory. I Highly recommend this company and were I able to give them a rating of Ten they would get an ELEVEN!
