College Hunks Hauling Junk & Moving

Never again, will I use this franchise. First, the arrival was hours after the "window", but that might have been because there was just one man, instead of the two promised. When I booked the move, I was specific about a second stop, but the driver did not have that information. The paperwork didn't match the quote, because the quote was for three locations and included a couch, which was at the third location. The driver and the operator tried multiple times to reach the franchise owner, who was supposed to reach out to me, but it's the next day and he still hasn't made an attempt. What supposed to be a "stress free" move ended up being a total nightmare. The driver, Jeff, was very professional and it seemed like the second worker bailed on him, but he was amazing.

Liked the service so much, we called them back for a 2nd time. Would use them and recommend them. No surprises or gotchas.

The Crew from Montville is the real deal. Hard working, respectful & personable. They were able to handle a situation concerning the price of the job with professionalism and honesty. They were able to adapt to the clients needs and work within their own framework... Kevin, Malik and Tristan are great people - I would hire them again!!
