Cynthia and her creatively transformed a vacant condo I currently have listed for sale, into a beautifully decorated home. Every detail was thought of. There are 4-5 other units in this complex that are listed for sale - and vacant. At a collective open house, I was told by many of the buyer's realtors how everyone was visibly impressed - and many stated how much my unit stood out from the others. I firmly believe that staging this home will help sell it much faster than if vacant. I hired Cindy to stage my house and loved what she did. It was amazing how much better it looked just moving my own existing furniture around. We then hired her again to redesign our basement. We gave her a very low budget for new items to redo our guest bedroom. She not only completely transformed the guest bedroom, but also the adjoining bathroom and wet bar areas. Her creativity and use of color were inspiring. We love having guests over now to stay in our beautiful suite!
