We are doing a complete remodel on a home in Houston. The house needed drawing and a floor plan as well as all the permits from the city. Claude did an excellent job on the drawings and made it so easy to get the stamps and permits from the city. Very affordable prices and thorough work.

Claude was very helpful and knowledgeable. He completed the foundation design for an oversized three car garagemahal in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. He made sure I was completely satisfied with the drawing produced and that it is was sufficient for bidding and construction. Communication was excellent. Tonya was very helpful and accommodating with payment options when I had an issue using the Zelle app. I would highly recommend CAL3Design. I wish I would have used them for the entire design package, not just the foundation.
