We decided to do a major renovation by opening up the kitchen, living room, dining room and side porch to make one large living area that looked out over the creek our home in Deltaville is on. I must admit that to go into a renovation project where walls are knocked down, including an outside wall to a side porch was a bit daunting! But Colan had such an organized approach and used a person who did the layout so we would all have diagrams from which to work. Colan and his layouy person talked with us about what we wanted and in detail. Everything was measured and diagrams drawn for our review and approval. The diagrams were awesome and approved on the first review. We were so thrilled with was was going to be. Colan also made sure he knew the materials (flooring, paint colors, fixtures, etc.) were clearly noted. All went well and Colan and his team were nothing but meticulous. If questions arose they got to us immediately for an answer. Colan made sure that we were pleased with everything they did. It was certainly a collaborative effort. Any questions we had were immediately resolved! Colan also made suggestions about or decisions in terms of what could work better. He was so great to deal with. We would go through another major renovation with Colan. I truly cannot praise Colan and his team enough for the superb finished renovation they brought to fruition! Thank you Colan and your team ... we appreciate you and your work ethic!

Professional and on time work! We are very happy with both projects by JC Stanley. They did a small master bath renovation and it was given the same attention as a big project. The work has held up and is solid and well done. We are thrilled with the kitchen renovation which they completed. They worked hard to have it finished in time for Christmas. It was a challenging project in an old crooked house. They were patient and careful! Thank you JC Stanley.
