Above & Beyond Excellent! Colburn Decor and Design was a dream to work with. We waited a long time to update our kitchen (10 years) for many reasons. The main reasons were: we were not sure what to do and the past designers, we interviewed, were not right for us. After our consultation, we knew we had found our gem..and were excited to start.! Unlike the previous designers we met over the years, Saundraea Colburn truly understood our vision, respected our budget and schedules, and worked smart and dilgently to manage and implement our kitchen project. Saundraea has a keen eye for gorgeous design and ideas. She was thoughtful of our ideas, and has a great communication style to know when to talk us "off of that ledge" idea, always providing reasons why/why not. We collaborated on ideas, but we ultimately trusted and leaned on Saundraea's expertise to be our "51%", our deciding factor on so many design decisions. This was what we needed. We appreciated the flexibility in services provided by Colburn Decor and Design, based on budget and levels of involvement. Saundraea Colburn is a professional who is also very personable and enjoyable to work with! She made us feel comfortable enough where we could be honest with our ideas (some crazy ones she politely talked us out of), hesitations, and adjustments that we made during our project. She had the forward vision to see how our existing backsplash, colors, fixtures, and appliances, could work. She saved us A LOT of money by not investing in areas that we thought were needed, but ultimately weren't; enabling us to plan for and investing in other purposes and spaces in our home. Saundraea truly cared about the success of our kitchen project and what we envisioned. We are beyond in love with our kitchen. I fond myself spending extra time in our new kitchen longer. It was a tough sell to my husband, but he is also very happy with our new kitchen. We get endless compliments of how beautiful it turned out. We look forward to working with Colburn Decor and Design in 2020...as we look forward to her putting her beautiful ideas and magic touches to make our entry and formal living and dining areas....Fabulous!

I was soooo impressed with the Kitchen Remodeling done by Colburn Decor and Design for one of our dear friends. We asked for her contact information to see if she could help with our home decor needs. Saundraea was beyond AMAZING! She has a natural eye for decor and was able incorporate some of our existing furniture into our “home makeover”, which allowed us to stay within budget. Her professionalism, attention to detail and expertise exceeded all expectations. When our project was over, we not only had a new interior designer, but someone we could call friend. My Eldorado (Landon homes) Kitchen Transformation was done By @colburndecoranddesign. So the thing is, I’m quite frugal and didn’t think any interior stylist could tell me nothing I couldn’t tell myself. Boy was I flat wrong!!! From envisioning to managing the actual project, they did it all!!! Their Consultation was free and there was no pressure. Have recommended them to my friends and family over and over.

My husband and I had wanted to build our home office for the past year. We contacted Saundrea of Colburn Decor and Design to help us with the project. All I can say is that she was fantastic. She took complete ownership of the project from start to finish. She arranged meetings with the different vendors that worked around our busy schedules. The vendors she worked with were all very professional. During install, she was on site the entire time, coordinate and overseeing the install. She treated our home like her own. She pays very close attention to the smallest details and she is very easy to work with and receptive to feedback. We highly recommend her for projects big and small and look forward to her assistance with our next home project. Thanks.
