Critter Control of Seattle

Had a small issue after the job was supposedly complete and Tino came back (at no cost) and redid everything from scratch (at no cost) to be up to the highest standard. This team truly stands behind their work. I hope I don't have another pigeon problem but if I do, they'll be my first call!

Very pleasant and knowledgeable technician. I was pleased with the service. Arrived on time too and completed the bid in a reasonable time.

Tino was super helpful, kindly delivered the unfortunate news and had the estimate broken down into various priority levels. We haven’t had the work done yet, but he understood our no-kill preference and tailored the bid to address that. If you have to have someone come out-they were thorough and knowledgeable

The technician arrived early, which was great. He greeted me with a hand shake great. Explained to me what he was going to do, ,gave me a price and performed the work in a expeditous manner. I paid the bill. He was done, I liked the experience.. Would use the service again in a heart beat.

Tino was great in diagnosing the problem of the critter caught in an inside wall of my house. He came up with a plan to recuse/retrieve it and then he successfully got the job done in less than an hour. He is knowledgeable, skilled at what he does and he is polite and friendly. I called two other pest control people who told me they couldn't and wouldn't get the animal out until it died! I am thankful to Critter Control for responding to my situation and for getting the live bird from out of the wall. Thanks Tino!

Well, you never know what to expect. There were two visits, both friendly and professional. Tino placed live traps around my roof and rafters and asked me to check for critters, squirrels, in my case. While, during the summer, they were having a party up there, but after the two week wait for results, the squirrels were gone and none in the traps. But after a couple of years of this, I knew they'd be back. I agreed to have further work done and they screened vulnerable spots and tightened up loose spots in my siding. What I thought a building contractor was required for, Tino and crew accomplished.. Not inexpensive, but certainly satisfying. My one comment is that, I was home during the work and I wish Tino or someone would have taken me through a walk around to explain their repairs. They finished the job and left. Not a complaint, but a comment. I notice a couple comment re the expense. If you own a house you either do the work yourself or hire someone to do it. Not cheap, but solid, quality work. I have a year warranty should the squirrels come back, but these guys really sealed all the vulnerable spots and tightened up my siding. I trust they'll be back if I have issues before then.

Okay - we went with Critter Control due to the recommendation from a friend. When she used them, they had a per-critter catch fee ($69 per caught animal). They've since switched to a flat fee, basically all they can catch in a month. My only issue with this is that with a flat fee, they don't really have an incentive to check and then re-bate the traps to achieve maximum efficiency. In our case, we have a .8 acre lot over run with mountain beavers. In a month, CC caught 6 MBs (and one Douglas Squirrel). So, we were close to getting to the $69 per critter. But we still have a few left on the property... Would have paid to have the remainder caught, but didn't want to pay for another month... Besides this, we liked Lief a lot, who did a good job (when he was here). That being said, wasn't a big fan of one of the gals who answered the phone (there are a couple, sorry, but I can't remember her name), who I found a bit obnoxious.
