Cynthia is the most professional and talented contractor I’ve ever worked with. She has done multiple jobs both interior and exterior on our 100+ year old Victorian home. Her work is impeccable and her attention to detail is amazing. Her latest projects in my home include a completely redone bathroom including custom vanity and restoring original built in features and building a custom front to enclose a space under our front entry staircase! She will always be my first call when planning a project for our home!

The consummate professional. She does a lot of the work herself, and to the highest standards. She also does one job at a time so that she personally supervises all the work. Cynthia is especially good at addressing the odd problems that often arise in older houses. Not only does she know the ins and outs of the construction side of things, she has a great design sense. When serious issues with structure, plumbing and electrical from a previous owner’s renovation were discovered, Cynthia worked quickly to find solutions and resolve the issues. She worked closely with her subs, ensuring that all of her work met current codes and was fully permitted. Cynthia is a Designer's designer. I shared with her what is most important to me in my home design and daily living. She listened attentively, asked questions and then reviewed my plans. She made two suggestions which were crucial to allowing maximum light to fill my home. Had she not made these suggestions I would have been disappointed in the whole project. Cynthia is a perfectionist, in the best sense of the word. Her goal seems to be to understand your vision and assist you in creating this vision. We love our home!!!

My wife and I fell in loves with a historic registered house in Maine. Cynthia walked through the house with us as it was being inspected. She helped us prioritize the work we needed and wanted. She worked on much of the renovations including floor installation, redoing a fireplace, fixing a water leak in our ceiling, and installed lighting. She worked closely with other subcontractors--roof, heating, flooring, chimney, and electrical--to ensure the overall work was up to her standards. Cynthia was very conscious of our budget and regularly checked in with us re our various projects. She is personable, honest, and skilled. We plan on working with her again.

She took all of our ideas and was able to design and create a space that was even better than I imagined. Cynthia has high standards and demands that from others too, which shows in the quality of work that she does. If something wasn't quite right or she thought something else would look better, she took the time to redo the work or got the person who did the work (electrician) to come back and make it perfect. Not only is Cynthia is very knowledgeable, she effectively communicated with us throughout the entire process and was fun to work with!
