SIMS Heating & Air

We had over 100 degree temperature and my air conditioning went out. I called Sims Heating and Air and fully expected not to have an appointment with them for at least a week. Low and behold they came out in two days. I received a bid from them by the end of business and it was such a fair price that I chose to give them the job. I could hardly believe that they actually came out in the late afternoon the very next day!!! They needed to get up in the attic to remove and install the evaporator coil unit and the access was through the closet. I was concerned that there might be damage due to the tight fit but they were so careful there wasn't a bit of damage. Throughout the entire installation they were very neat and courteous and had the job completed within three hours. This was by far the most satisfied I have ever been with a contractor and I am more than happy to sing their praises. In today's age it so difficult to find contractors who actually do what the say. Sims Heating and Air is truly a professional company with very competitive prices. I am confident that should you give them an opportunity to service you in your heating and air needs, you will also be thrilled with their performance! I can't say enough good things about Sims Heating and Air. We recently had a new unit installed by them. They are very professional, extremely responsive and customer oriented. The job was done very well. They were very neat and clean and took care of all details. They have done repairs for us in the past. In fact Dan came out the same day we called a few months ago, even though his day was fully booked (he came at 8 pm), just so we would not have to endure a very cold night without heat.

Dan and John have been providing me excellent regular service (every 6 months) and repair at very reasonable rates for 8 years now, both at my home and for my 4 rentals.
