Dave's Fence Inc.

Dave's Fence installed a fence only 2 weeks ago. I called to have posts fixed because they moved and were not secure. They want me to pay $395 when we just paid them $4000. They cut our sprinkler line, used duct tape to try and cover it up. Concrete didn't' set due to that. Posts are not 3 feet in the ground as per the contract. If this is how they do business I have no idea how they are still in business.

Communication is terrible. I've been waiting for warranty work to be done for months. They installed the hardware on the wrong side of the fence. Big ego's, big price and no warranty work

I had a fence installed 3 years ago and recently had a problem with the door hinges. They agreed to make the repairs at no charge to me. You can’t beat that kind of service.

Dave put up our fence four years ago when we moved here from Michigan and we needed a fence fast for Our three Dogs he helped us with a permit and also with the survey permits so we got through it with a breeze. Customer service was great the staff was wonderful we called him on a repair on the fence this year and he get back to us right away thank you Daves fencing for being so wonderful.

Horrible from day 1. After being promised that my installation would be within two weeks, it took them over a month. THEN it was erected in the wrong location. Once I told them, Mary, a manager, called to schedule an inspection which I then told her not to because it needed to be relocated to the proper location which she said "we will see if it is wrong." I am the property owner, I know where I stated my fence was to be placed. Once they FINALLY came back out to relocate the fence not only was it still wrong my sod was now all torn up. So I had to once again call to schedule another appointment for them to come and make the corrections and to "re-sod" my yard. They put down a couple of plats of grass. Needless to say it looked like crap. But as the employee said, "I am not a sod expert." Well you expertly destroyed my lawn sir. He did pick up more sod plats and placed them about. I am hoping they will root and grow nicely if at all. Now Mary is once again arguing with me because the permit (that I told her not to schedule because the fence had to be moved) is for where the fence was wrongly placed not where it has been correctly placed, saying that I am coming up with excuses not to make the final payment. So let's get this straight folks, I have had nothing but problems and argument from this company and now I am going to be accused of wrong doing? Insult on top of bad business on top of a lousy job. Not to mention the fact that the latch broke the first week the fence was erected. Please, for the Love of all that is Holy, DO NOT HIRE DAVE'S FENCE. You will regret it. P.S. I posted this to their Facebook page and instead of addressing the issues Mary called me and argued with me after deleting the post. They would rather be bigger jerks than actually take the time to listen to their customers and improve what they are doing wrong.

awesome job. very professional and knowledgeable. made one mistake with not advising me to keep the permit/plans posted but they are paying the fine with the city and setting up the new inspection. one of the most honest companies i have ever dealt with.

I have called Dave's fence 3 times now to schedule a repair on my fence (they installed) and have gotten nothing but the run around. Every time I called, I gave my information and was advised it will be forwarded to scheduling and someone will call me back. Over two weeks since my last call to them and nothing.

Dave's Fence did a great job. They put up my PVC fence in record time, worked with me, helped with permiting. A year later I'm as happy as I was when I got it.

great job from the installers,also lower then other companies. Said they would be here by 9 a.m. and they were at my door at 9a.m.
