Office location: South Tampa Professional expertise Dylan began his A/V career in 2012 at BestBuy, a goliath in the tech world, where he was responsible for supporting clients A/V needs. Dylan has a fiery passion for delivering world class customer service, and making clients dreams a reality. After meeting all store, district, and territory goals, he received a promotion in 2013 where he decided to move from Ohio to Florida to start designing large scale projects for Magnolia Audio Video. In 2014, He decided to partner up with Chris Rosario, a notable system designer out of the Tampa location. Here, they were able to grow a partnership where the founding principle is to deliver nothing short of world class experience, and create a one stop shop for all trade partners as well as end users. Chris and Dylan have won 2 consecutive years of the prestigious president’s club award which tailor’s to the top System designers in the company. Dylan has a strong back ground in designing Large scale projects for custom homes as well as commercial businesses. Two of his projects will be issued in the company magazine next quarter for the scale of the project, as well as the intrigue detail in the systems while keeping aesthetics in mind. Dylan’s education and sports career plays a huge factor in the success of his career. Earning a Bachelor’s of exercise science while completing a football career at Kent State University has taught him time management, teamwork, ability to meet timelines, and work under a lot of pressure. In his free time, he loves to enjoy sporting events with his Fiancé, enjoy the outdoors while indulging in motocross, as well as play with his 3 month old daughter. e
