I consider myself very lucky to be operating such a wonderful business in Sonoma County. I was born and raised in Santa Rosa, graduated from Montgomery High School in 1990, and am in the process of raising two beautiful children here. I began working in the carpet cleaning business at the age of 15. I have worked for several carpet cleaning companies and have a clear understanding of the right ways to service my customers. I am a Journeyman Textile Cleaner certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in; Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning, Stone, Masonry, and Ceramic Tile Cleaning, and Odor Control. Pristine Clean is recognized as a Certified Firm by the IICRC. I listen to the customer's needs and concerns in order to adapt the cleaning methods and chemistry to fit those needs and concerns. I also excel at educating the customer on the best way for them to maintain the beauty of their carpets and upholstery in between professional cleanings. My customers appreciate the fact that I always answer my phone and am available to them at all hours if they have a question or concern. I pride myself in operating a referral based business, and in order to do that, I must exceed every customer's expectations in order for them to feel comfortable in referring me to their family and friends.
