I had the privilege of being introduced to Debbie Etheridge by a mutual acquaintance when I required the assistance of a design expert prior to putting my property on the market. Debbie and I met for an initial consultation to discuss various options based on her professional recommendations. I was very impressed with her design knowledge, her overall approach and amazing ideas which she presented to me while walking around the home. Due to the time restraints I was faced with, I was unable to move furniture into storage and bring in new furniture for the staging. I was very fortunate to have Debbie stage my apartment prior to its going on the market. She is brilliant, and gave me a whole new way of looking at things. I was a bit nervous at first because I thought I'd have to go out and buy a lot of new stuff or get rid of things, and I'd already downsized as much as I was prepared to. But Debbie was very simpatico and emphasized that I should only do what I felt comfortable with. She was also extremely respectful and asked permission before touching or moving anything. She took a look at my living and dining rooms and within minutes knew exactly what to do and shifted things around so that the whole effect was elegant yet cosy at the same time. She suggested buying a few things, like candles and flowers, she rearranged my books, did a wonderful cushion arrangement on my couch, brought out items for display that I'd not even thought about, and went through all my rooms working her magic.
