They installed carpet that was to be "commercial grade" . They said it would be a good choice for our home. It started to fray within two weeks. The owner, Dan, came out and looked at the carpet-he would do nothing. Said the carpet company had to handle it. To this day, we have not got our money back. He keeps blaming the carpet manufacturer, but he is selling their product. Therefor he should be responsible for what he is representing. Also, his installers broke doors and tore molding around our doors, he saw it and refused to pay for the repairs.
The carpet was Kraus, I would suggest do not buy the carpet or use Superior Interiors unless you want a headache.
