Erica Bentzen was a great realtor to work with. I wasn't sure if the time was right to put my house on the market. Knowing that, she was still happy to meet with me and go over the current housing market conditions. She came prepared with multiple comparable properties so I could get a feel for what my house might sell for. She was very knowledgeable and had obviously done her research. I found her to be professional, polite, well-informed, and just an overall very pleasant person to deal with. Unfortunately, the time isn't quite right for me to try to sell right now; however, when it is, I'm definitely calling Erica. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a realtor.
