Oasis Lawn & Sprinkler

UPDATE: This issue has been resolved. The sprinkler head was repaired. Thank you very much. That is all I wanted. Now I must apologize. It seems that when reading something online or in text, emotions tend to get lost and end up making matters worse than they are. Eddy is a stand up guy. No question about that. I over-reacted in my response to the whole situation and now regret doing so. It was not my intention to hurt feelings. I didn't think before I took action. I have since stopped pursuing any form of legal action and offer my apologies again. I was wrong for acting the way I did.

I called earlier today to advise Oasis that their people damaged my sprinkler system (again...they did it last year as well and fixed it without a problem) and expected a call back from them wanting to schedule a time to come out and fix it. Well, I just received the call and they said that they were going to charge me $75 an hour to come out and fix a sprinkler head that their people hacked off during our mow this past Wednesday. Why in the heck would they charge ME when THEIR people knocked the head off? Like I said earlier, they damaged it before and didn't charge me. Do they not want/need me as a customer? Are they that cash rich that they can shed on time paying customers like this? Is this some sort of retaliation for me terminating my weekly service and shifting to bi-weekly? Since I am upset and my sprinkler system is now USELESS because of their carelessness, it's time to call out all the things I have noticed this season with their service. Their employees: - Took a weed eater to my flower bed and chopped down 2 of my 3 prize winning Dahlias - The front lawn has spots all over it now where the grass is uneven. - Used their weed eater around a bush I had on the side of the house at the beginning of the season and knocked half of it down. I had the HOA all over me because the bylaws of the association require a live bush/shrub obstructing the A/C unit from street view. So, I had to shell out money to replace the bush. I have filed a complaint with the BBB of North Texas and with the state OAG. Steer clear of these people as their honesty and integrity are extremely questionable.
