Very disappointed in service. Was assigned Elite through home warranty company, it's been over a month since they first came out, repairs have not been completed and staff have repeatedly given us the run around. Finally spoke with owner, Christy, who was very rude and offered to make no amends for their shortcomings. Definitely lacking in customer service skills. Per home warranty company, they never submitted any paperwork after repeated requests. Would not recommend Elite.

Was assigned Elite Mechanical through my home warranty. It took a couple of tries to get an appointment scheduled (no response to voice mails). However, when I finally got through they scheduled me in for later that same day. They called when they were close to my house and when I got there they had the problem fixed already! The workers were polite, clean and knew what they were doing.
