It turns out hat my dad had used him the week before when he came out. He scheduled an appointment with us in less than 24 hours, and he quickly and efficiently made the repairs that our last repairman from five years ago did incorrectly. I hope I don't need him again, but I definitely know where to find him!

Be careful, these guys are irresponsible and unapologetic. I made a service appointment one week ago and changed my work plans around to accommodate their availability. They stood me up this morning and when I called to inquire about the no-show I was told they had no record of my appointment and suggested it was my mistake. I pointed out the exact time we made the appointment from my cell phone call log and the details of the appointment that they had confirmed with me. No apology, no accommodation, no service man available today.

The problem had a simple solution and it was fixed quickly and simply. I will definitely use him again. Very friendly and easy to work with. Responded quickly and had my garage door opener installed the next day.

Came right on time, very efficient, fast and really nice. We were very happy with the final result. However it took excessively a long time to complete the work. We had to follow the completion of the work very close in order to have all the final details done.
