We oversee the work of the General Contractor and all the other professionals involved, a cast of hundreds, making sure they get the attention they need to overcome obstacles and get everything just right. STUNNING INTERIOR DESIGN Gardner Group is responsible for the selection of materials and finishes for both the interior and exterior of the home. Our Client’s involvement can be as much or as little as they desire. We put together “selection boards” for each room and present them for approval, or we can all head to Salt Lake City (or further afield) to pick each selection one by one. The process is very personalized; what works for one Client doesn’t always work for others. Our aim is to create the home you want, not the one we want, and we have the talent and versatility for all styles from Traditional to Transitional to Contemporary.
