The Gulfshore Remodeling & Design team has over 150 years of combined experience in the construction and remodeling industry. We are a full-service Design Center with a full-time design team ready to assist you. We specialize in bringing your dreams from conceptualization to reality. We offer multiple, “AmericanMade”, cabinet lines, a flooring showroom with products that you cannot find in the area, plumbing & electrical fixtures, and can assist you in selecting countertops. The Process: Formalizing the Dream: The first step is to schedule an appointment with one of our designers to share your vision, discuss options and formalize your dream. Budgeting: Depending on the complexity of the remodel, we may choose to partner with our sub-contractors to arrive at an estimate for you. Additionally, architectural drawings may eventually be required by your local zoning authority and can improve the accuracy and speed with which we can provide you with an estimate. Permitting: Once all of the necessary decisions have been made and a contract has been entered into, we shall commence the permitting process. Depending on the complexity of the remodel, and the governing authority, permitting can reasonably be a two to four-week process. Scheduling: Once the permit has been issued we can now update estimated schedules with more concrete estimates of when each phase of the project shall commence. Execution: We shall commence your project based upon the new start date, as dictated by the permitting process. The realization of your dream will follow from a logical and structured sequence of events that build upon each other. We are happy to email weekly updates with accompanying photos so you are up to speed with the progress of the project. Completion: The final stages of your project include final inspections by the local governing authority, and a walk through with your Project Manager to discuss any punch-list items that may need to be addressed. Upon receipt of the final payment we can deliver a certificate of completion and final releases of liens.
